How It Works

The following instructions will help you use and understand the PAHRCC Web store.

1. Find the items you are looking for.
       - Use the Search Bar at the top of the page.
       - Go to Products to search using more filters.
       - Go to Themes & Events to find groupings of items that have already been categorized by purpose.
2. Add items to the cart as you shop.
       - Indicate the color and quantity as requested.
       - Choose the imprint method, location & color as requested.
       - You will be able to upload your own artwork during checkout.
       - Indicate in the Decoration Instructions if you need assistance creating your artwork.
       - Indicate in the Decoration Instructions if you want one of the following logos already on file.
            - PAHRCC
            - Pennsylvania House of Representatives Seal
            - Pennsylvania Senate Seal
            - Pennsylvania Coat of Arms
3. Proceed to Checkout.
4. Be sure to provide the Date Needed and any other comments that may help in fulfilling your order.
5. If uploading your own artwork, please be sure to provide a vector format art file for processing. Failure to provide artwork in the proper format could delay your order and jeopardize output quality.
6. Complete all shipping and contact information as requested to finalize your order.
7. After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation that it has been received.
8. We will review your order and contact you with any additional questions needed to complete your order.
9. We will confirm all pricing and turnaround with the flier before sending the Final Invoice, including all fees for decoration, setup, shipping, and taxes. Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with fulfillment of your order.
10. You will receive instructions for making the final payment via check or credit card through WinRed.com. Remember, payments by corporate credit cards or corporate checks are not permitted under campaign finance law.
11. You will receive a proof of the item with your artwork. This proof must be approved before production begins.
12. Once your proof is approved, you will receive your final confirmation, including our expected delivery date.
